COVID 19 – STAYING SAFE
It is critical that everybody observes the following key behaviours:
HANDS Wash your hands regularly and for 20 seconds/ On arrival and exit
FACE – Wear a face covering in indoor settings where social distancing may be difficult, and where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet.
SPACE – Stay 2 metres apart from people you do not live with where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place (such as wearing face coverings or increasing ventilation indoors).
When with people you do not live with, you should also avoid: physical contact; being close and face-to-face; and shouting or singing close to them. You should also avoid crowded areas with lots of people; and touching things that other people have touched.
OUR COVID 19 ARRANGMENTS
Restricting visitor numbers to comply with guidelines
Collaborating with the venues to ensure cleaning. ventilation and Covid 19 guidelines
Rearranging our auditorium to enable social distancing support bubbles of no more than 6 per bubble.
Seating will be labelled and allocated on arrival
Considering the needs of disabled patrons
Leaving seats unsold where necessary
Signage / Displaying information , signs and posters.
Monitoring safe visitor activity
Using one-way systems where necessary to enable social distancing
Carrying out an enhanced cleaning regime
Providing personal protective equipment to our staff
Serving drinks to your seats
Providing hand sanitiser stations at the venue
Operating a paperless and cashless system
Running performances straight through without an interval with the use of a short seated pause.
Creating shows which enable our actors to remain socially distanced
Operating separate zones for cast and audience members
PLEASE HELP US BY
Keeping to an orderly social distanced queue on arrival and supporting us by being patient whenever queuing is required.
Showing your ticket on a mobile device where possible
Keeping two metres away from other visitors and staff when moving around the venue
Following signage and instructions given.
Using hand sanitiser when required
Wearing a mask during performance unless exempt
Taking your litter home whenever possible or disposing with care.
Keeping your belongings with you at all times. The cloakroom will not be operational.
Remaining in the auditorium, once you have entered, until the end of the performance
Use the sanitiser before and after use of the toilet facilities
Wait to exit and exit using the one way system.
Do not congregate in the car park
Limiting guest contact with performers. Guests will not be allowed in the back of house areas.
