I

is for Innovation

A passion for the innovative. Introducing and winning people around to a new vision… dip your toe in… the water’s warm. Big or small, the drive and passion to create moves us to succeed, moves us to inspire, moves us to be our best, moves us on to bring the director and designer’s dream to life. Moves us to share our creativity with those who are interested, moves us to welcome in new and diverse audiences. It’s all or nothing. you love it, sometimes you hate it… but you are extremely passionate about it. It’s glamour and it is the grit. They come hand in hand and are both vital to the success.

I

is for Inspiring

It is essential we attract excellent creatives, developing fresh ideas, operate an efficient, financially aware set up. It’s not just about today’s project. It’s about our future. It’s about nurturing and rewarding people’s hard work. It is our passion that will drive us on, it is our administration that will keep us ticking. I have been directing, designing and running irrational theatre for several years now. I have an excellent reputation and a unique style. I have learnt a great deal on the way… not only artistically but about the importance of administration, efficient budgeting and that it takes a great deal more than an idea, it takes me and you.

I
